Q Station Retreat, formally known as Quarantine Station, has been beautifully restored to create elegant accommodation in a natural setting at North Head. It is just a 5-minute drive from Manly or 30 minutes by ferry from the city.

Each room looks out to the stunning Sydney Harbour or the Australian bush. The stylish rooms are appointed witha queen-size bed for your comfort.

The Visitor’s Centre can arrange a variety of unique experiences, allowing you to explore the history of Q Station and the beauty of Sydney National Park. Join in with the Ghost Tour or enjoy a professional live show at Q Station’s theatre.

Try one of the many walks in the area, with various paths suitable for everyone’s energy levels. Should you prefer to relax at Q Station, the hotel's lounge is an ideal place to while away an afternoon with a book or a board game.

In the evening, enjoy fresh and modern cuisine at the Boilerhouse Restaurant, with stunning views across Sydney Harbour.

By water taxi:

To visit outside water shuttle times, or to arrive or depart from another point on Sydney Harbour, visitors can book a water taxi. The water taxi can pick up guests from numerous locations around Sydney Harbour including Darling Harbour, North Sydney, Watsons Bay, Mosman and Balmoral.

By bus:

Bus number 135 operates a service from Manly Wharf to Q Station and North Head.
